Weezie's 100% Gluten Free Kitchen

It all started in 2009 when I became wheat intolerant. Nothing on the commercial market tasted any better than cardboard to me. So, with a background working in a French bakery and later in a vegetarian bakery, I set out to make a gluten free bread that actually tasted like REAL bread. After a year of working on the recipe I finally did it, and that is how Weezie's Gluten Free Kitchen was born!
